Shipping policy

Our products are all shipped via AusPost, with a flat shipping rate of $15 AUD per order. Items displayed as 'Currently In Stock' at time of purchase will have an order processing time of 1-2 business days unless otherwise communicated. Any Made-to-Order or Custom products will have a timeline no longer than two weeks from order to fulfilment, with this specifically communicated to each purchaser on confirmation of order. Any issues or enquiries should be directed to our on-site chat or stitchandstoke@gmail.com - please quote your name and order number for ease of tracking.

Stitch and Stoke take the time and care to appropriately pack and label our goodies so they arrive to you in their best possible condition (AKA, perfect), however we cannot control the way in which parcels may be handled from point A to B. If any issues arise please refer to our returns policy, keep all packaging and products as is, and take a photo for us to examine the damage.
